Wir - die deutsche Organisation für Mosaikkunst, zusammen mit der Stadt Bad Dürkheim und dem Kunstverein Bad Dürkheim - laden herzlich ein,
an unseren "Internationalen Mosaiktagen" vom 25. bis 29. Mai 2022 in der wunderbaren Kurstadt Bad Dürkheim teilzunehmen.
Wir haben ein kleines, aber feines Programm auf die Beine gestellt, das hoffentlich Anklang findet und uns in die Welt der Mosaikkunst eintauchen lässt.

Am Donnerstag, 26. Mai 2022, halten Referenten interessante Vorträge zu Mosaikprojekten, Mosaikkünstlern und Mosaiktechniken.

Am Freitag, 27. Mai 2022, werden wir bei der Stadtführung Bad Dürkheims Kunst, Kultur und Historie näher kennenlernen.

Außerdem kann man selbst an dem großen Gemeinschaftsmosaik mitmachen! Dieses wird später in der Stadt installiert werden.

Eine Bildungsreise zu den Mosaiken Westdeutschlands führt uns am Samstag zur Vogeltreppe nach Pirmasens, zum Erlebniszentrum Villeroy & Boch nach Mettlach und ins Landesmuseum nach Trier.

Auf dem Vorplatz der Burgkirche findet man vom 27. bis 29. Mai 2022 Informationen, Verkauf, Vorführungen und ganz viel Austausch zum Thema "Mosaikkunst".

Introduction / Invitation
We - the German organisation for mosaic art, together with the city of Bad Dürkheim and the art association of Bad Dürkheim - cordially invite you to participate in our "International Mosaic Days" from 25 to 29 May 2022 in the wonderful spa town of Bad Dürkheim.
We have put together a small but fine programme that we hope will appeal and immerse us in the world of mosaic art.
We will open the international mosaic days with the vernissage of our exhibition
"The Order and the Chaos – Culture & Patterns from a Contemporary Perspective"
Wednesday, 25 May 2022, 18.00 hrs in the Burgkirche in Bad Dürkheim.

On Thursday, 26 May 2022, speakers will give interesting lectures on mosaic projects, mosaic artists and mosaic techniques.

On Friday, 27 May 2022, we will get to know Bad Dürkheim's art, culture and history on a guided tour of the town.

In addition, you can participate in the large community mosaic yourself! This mosaic will be installed in the town later.

An educational tour of the mosaics of western Germany will take us on Saturday to the Vogeltreppe in Pirmasens, to the Villeroy & Boch Experience Centre in Mettlach and to the Landesmuseum in Trier.
